Preliminary Site Investigation

We completed a Preliminary Site Investigation (PSI) for a proposed childcare centre in northeast Victoria in August 2025. The project involved undertaking a desktop review, site inspection and soil sampling to assess for potential contamination risks and ensure the site meets regulatory standards for sensitive land use.

Environmental Compliance Monitoring

We currently undertake water monitoring to support water management plan compliance in North East Victoria and the wider Murray Darling Basin.

 

We also provide environmental monitoring plan review and optimisation. This is often completed in consultation with regulators and EPA-appointed auditors and ensures that your monitoring program remains relevant and targeted, often leading to cost savings.

Targeted Environmental Site Assessment

We recently conducted a targeted environmental assessment at a site with a former industrial use. The assessment included targeted soil and surface water sampling in areas of potential future site use.
